Dele Fadele wrote regularly for NME in the late '80s and early '90s, focusing on hip-hop, acid house, shoegazing and grunge. Courtney Love claimed that his review of Hole at the Camden Underworld was the worst she ever received. Tragically, news of Dele's death in 2018 did not emerge until the summer of 2020.
