THREE YEARS AGO I met Paul Williams for the first time at the Frankfurt Book Fair. This resulted in Omnibus Press, of which I am editor, publishing new UK editions of Bob Dylan Performing Artist 1960-73 and BD-PA 1974-86. Each October since we've met again at Frankfurt and each year we've done some more deals, firstly for Omnibus to publish Watching The River Flow, his collection of Dylan writings, and now books of his writings on Neil Young and The Beach Boys.
