DEWEY BUNNELL stood in the middle of his Manchester hotel suite, scratched his beard, and grinned. An hour before, Dewey and a couple of his friends, Gerry Beckly and Dan Peek, had finished their first British concert in over a year. Since America fled Britain for their homeland, concentrating on greener pastures, much here has changed.
