PROBABLY NEVER before has a totally unknown group caused the amount of comment and controversy (not to mention record sales) as the Troggs from England and their 'Wild Thing'. In the midst of a heated argument between Atco and Fontana Records, 'Wild Thing' began its national breakout and the Troggs launched their quest for public recognition.
