Ann Peebles: Gulliver's, London

CONCERTS at the ultra-trendy Biba's Rainbow Room almost invariably, for some reason or other, turn out to be disappointing and, from the reviews I've read of Ann Peebles' stint there, it was no exception. At the much smaller, more intimate Gulliver's Club a few days later, however, it was quite a different story.
