Be-Bop Deluxe: Hammersmith Odeon, London

AT £2.50 a ticket I was expecting to hear the words, particularly from a group whose lyrics are so important, but the thousand or so of us sitting in the circle were all victims of the curse of the Odeon – the place is a cinema after all – and the acoustics sucked.
