Björk: Post
Andy Gill, Q, July 1995
HAVING EFFECTED the transition from cult figure to '90s style object with the universally popular Debut, Björk Gundmundsdottir's Post finds her and producer Nellee Hooper avoiding both the usual followup pitfalls of repetition and encroaching commerciality. The demands of the latter having already been more than satisfied in a variety of unusual ways, they presumably see no point in altering their questing approach.
