BACKPOOL ROX II, issue 9, price £2, came out at the end of last year. You won't find it referred to in Babylon's Burning, the mammoth 694 page history of punk by Clinton Heylin (Heylin, 2007), but its very existence is a testament to the continuing link between fanzines, local music scenes and the spirit of 1976-77.
