Bob Dylan: Times A-Changin’ for a Prophet Who Just Wants to Play
Steve Turner, Sunday Times, 17 August 1986
When Bob Dylan takes to the stage today at the National Film Theatre in London to face the press, he is unlikely to repeat the performance he gave at his last London press conference twenty-one years ago. Then, he told reporters that he had no purpose in being in Britain, had just written a 360-page book on spiders in a week, was married forty-five years ago and had toenails that did not fit. A despairing publicist was heard to say: "Cliff Richard was never like this."
