Boz Scaggs: Silk Degrees (CBS)

BOZ SCAGGS is a musician I've always had a great affection for, from way back in the old Steve Miller days when I was still a blithe, carefree student. So it's a drag to have to say that Silk Degrees (what a great title) is a mediocre album.
