AFTER SOMETHING like twenty years of continuous success in the States, Brook Benton looks like finally achieving the breakthrough that has eluded him during the era in this country. The strangest thing is that since signing with All Platinum Records, it's so far been only Britain that has had a release on Brook and so he is probably colder right now than at any time during those two decades.
