Bryan Ferry: These Foolish Things (Atco)

FOR WEEKS I'd been hearing how bad this album was from people whose judgment is usually reliable. How pleasant then to discover an album so disarmingly ludicrous that it'll probably end up one of my favorite dumb records of all time, right alongside The Cowsills in Concert and Best of The Iron Butterfly. If nothing else, it's better than Dylan.
