CARL GRAVES is a young man currently making his name on a worldwide basis via a lovely debut solo recording on A&M Records, 'Baby Hang Up The Phone'. Carl's sensitive vocal is the thing that really sets the beautiful and poignant song off to perfection and although his immediate American successor doesn't look as though it will happen for him, the man obviously has the talent and potential to develop into a major attraction over the next few months.
