Carol Woods
John Abbey, Blues & Soul, January 1971
CAROL WOODS made her British debut recently on the Ember label with 'If I Let You' and, whilst this particular record has been unable to achieve any real measure of success, Carol is more than likely to make it with the right material. Her rich, full voice was not really used to its best advantage on either 'If I Let You' or the flip side, the old Shirelles' hit, 'Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow', which is her favourite of the two sides.
