FEW BANDS have enjoyed the stability of Chicago, those rather dull "pioneers of jazz-rock" whose 'If You Leave Me Now' not only tops the charts on both sides of the Atlantic, but also brings back some credibility to a band whose fortunes, while not exactly waning in the US, have certainly fared badly in Europe of late.
