Chuck Berry: New Victoria, London
Paul Rambali, NME, 14 May 1977
THERE'S NO BETTER indication of the pervasive and thorough influence of Chuck Berry than the fact that he could go almost anywhere and the chances are he would still find musicians to play his songs. This puts him in an enviable position when it comes to touring, because he doesn't have to take a band with him, he simply uses a pickup band and it's never very hard to find one.
