APRIL 1976 - For me it began at the El Paradise strip club, where the Sex Pistols filled a tiny room with three-chord beat and Rotten attitude. Some of it went boom! and some of it was leave-the-room, but it always sounded fresh, even when mugging an oldie like 'I'm Not Your Stepping Stone'.
