ON ANY LIST of cool rock-star accessories, an old-fashioned tea trolley will rank somewhere near the bottom. But when Toronto's alt-country veterans Cowboy Junkies played beneath the magnificent vaulted ceiling of Glasgow's grandest art gallery, singer Margo Timmins spent much of the evening sipping endless cups of tea from a dainty wooden trolley alongside her onstage. Punk is not dead.
