NEIL YOUNG IS in mischievous mood this morning. Sinking into his plush hotel armchair, the veteran Canadian rocker keeps his distance behind mirror shades and a permanent sardonic half-smile. With his light Californian tan and dishevelled grey hair, the 63-year-old looks like Giorgio Armani after a late night on the tiles.
