IT'S A SHAME that, these days, a singer this good needs a qualifier. Until the arrival of Celine, there was only one Dion — Dion DiMucci, the voice behind the rock 'n' roll classics 'I Wonder Why' (1958, with the Belmonts), 'Runaround Sue' and 'The Wanderer,' 'Ruby Baby' and 'Donna the Prima Donna,' and the era-defining 'Abraham, Martin and John.'
