DOWN IN the prosperous community of St. George's. Hill, Weybridge, in Surrey, something stirred. It wasn't a bird – it was a caravan, John Lennon's belated birthday present to his four-year-old son to be exact. Its arrival at the Lennon house created something of a rumpus.
