FAMILY IS an all-around brilliant British quintet who have just bestowed their seventh disc upon a generally unappreciative American public. The United States doesn't deserve a group as astounding as Family, but nevertheless they're touring as of this writing and knocking the Elton John fans dead with theatrical and musical excitement, Roger Chapman's microphone stand demolition just a mere fragment of the Family greatness which should drive them to the top of the Billboard Ht 100.
