PERSONNEL CHANGES have had much to do with the evolution of Family, and, as nice as the two early Reprise albums (Music in a Doll's House and Family Entertainment) are, all the musical excellence which that Family (which included Ric Grech on bass and violin) displayed has been thoroughly overshadowed by the sureness, distinctiveness and consummate sense of style that you'll discover or Bandstand.
