Forward To The Roots

FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS the city of Philadelphia has sponsored the Philadelphia College Festival. Held directly across the steps of the Art Museum (home of many fine paintings as well as the site of Rocky's training session) the Philadelphia College Festival is part Woodstock – without the mud – and part pep rally, since the ulterior motive is to convince all those nice young people playing hacky sack that apres college they might want to settle down in Philly to raise their kids and pay their taxes.
