IN PEACENIK Europe, Thatcher's keeness to lay into the Iraqi bootboys is seen as firm evidence that the mad cow is still deceased and the prospect of seeing the insane old bovine tripped out of her skull ensured a full house for tonight's support act. Perhaps the Dutchies were disappointed to see a trio of idealist Brit rockers, but they still warmed to TOA's proto-punk grievances.
