Hot House: Staying Power
Kathryn Flett, i-D, April 1987
IN THE TWO weeks between i-D's attempt to organise an interview with Hot House and actually getting to do it they became – such is life – flavour of the month, releasing their debut single 'Don't Come to Stay', recording a Janice Long session, appearing on an NME cover, playing their first ever live gig on The Tube, their second on The Last Resort, as well as managing to cram in countless interviews, photo sessions and rehearsals.
