HOWARD TATE is sitting opposite me sipping black coffee in the bar of a West End Hotel and I can hardly believe it. Until recently the only photo of Howard I'd ever seen was on the cover of his classic, Jerry Ragovoy produced 1967 debut album Get It While You Can.
