I Ask The Questions: Meat Loaf

Sylvie Simmons, Mail On Sunday, 1996

A DUSTY abandoned cinema in London. There are cobwebs and chandeliers. There is a large man on a balcony in a tuxedo and American tan tights-coloured pancake, being romatic. Dozens of workmen stand around in motorway repairman fashion with their hands in their pockets, watching two people twiddle things and say ‘cut'. Meat Loaf is making a video.
