GLORIOUSLY RESPLENDENT in crushed velvet and faded Levis, and backed by what was possibly the Glenn McKay troupe’s most breathtaking lightshow since Monterey, Jefferson Airplane, progenitor of the post-acid West Coast rock scene, turned in an only occasionally electrifying performance at the Inglewood Forum Hallowe’en evening.
