A MERE HALF century into his career, France's biggest rock star finally made his London live debut this week. After 110 million album sales, four wives, two suicide attempts, treatment for cancer, a near-death coma and a "farewell" tour three years ago, the 69-year-old Johnny Hallyday played the first of two packed nights at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday.
