Dave Chappelle may have elevated the ATLien's zeitgeist-surfing catchphrase "Yeah! Whuuuut? Okaaay!" to "Where's the Beef?"–ian proportions but the veritable Niggapalooza of Crunk Juice shows the Promethean famous flame ain't been passed.
