ON THE first date of an East Coast mini-tour, Marshall Crenshaw and Amy Rigby are playing things semi-safe: Park West is a club sandwiched between a supermarket and a pharmacy in a shopping plaza. As a warm-up date it gives both artists a chance to iron out the kinks in their live sets prior to hitting the Big Apple the following week.
