IT HAS gone virtually unnoticed in the British musical press that Pattie La Belle (or Patty La Belle or Patti La Belle!) and her Blue Belles, Sarah Dash and Nona Hendrix, were in Britain recently to sign a recording contract with Fly Records, a new label that operates in conjunction with Track, who are best remembered by Soul fans for having issued 'You Gotta Pay The Price' by Al Kent and 'Testify' by the Parliaments.
