Based in Broadway's legendary Brill Building (where Simon and Garfunkel first attempted to sell their songs as precocious 14-year-olds), the office is a shrine to the singer-songwriter's long, lucrative and varied career, continuing with his Born At The Right Time world tour, which reaches the UK this week.
