GOSPEL MUSIC GENERALLY gets much lip service as an influence on R&B (and indirectly rock) vocalists but short thrift when it comes to re-issues of classic early material. That makes the release of Get Right, a collection of highlights dating from the 1956-1964 association with Vee Jay that found the Swan Silvertones at an artistic and popular peak, a genuine cause for celebration.
