Peter Green: The Man of the World Returns
Bill Wasserzieher, Blues Revue, July 1999
THERE IS A FILM from the late 1960s called The Hallucination Generation that purports to be, as the poster declared, the "Shocking Story of a Generation Doomed by LSD!" The film is memorable only for the sheer ineptitude of the performances, script and direction, and for the fact that the nominal star George Montgomery gave up acting to become a furniture maker after its bottom-of-a-double-bill premier at a 42nd Street grindhouse in New York City.
