Ringo Starr
Hank Bordowitz, Special Reports, Summer 1992
EVERY NOW AND then you get a call from an old dear friend, someone who has been lurking around at the edges of your consciousness for months. The call just triggers all the things you've been through together, all the things you've shared and everything that's gone on since the last time you touched base. You spend the better part of the night on the phone and wonder where the night went. Hearing Ringo Starr making music again feels like that.
