THE MINI-CAB DRIVER was confused. "Ron Wood," he kept repeating all the way to Richmond. The name was familiar but it's origin was a mystery. "Ron Wood," he mumbled all the way up Richmond Hill. "He's in the Faces right? And the Stones too?" he asked, incredulously. There was not enough time to clarify this perplexing situation. By the time the car pulled up in front of the Wick, the driver was in a state.
