ALTHOUGH AT 53 going on 25, Roy Brown is relatively young for an R&B star who first recorded just after the war, there's no getting around the fact that he's one of a dying breed, indeed, most of his immediate predecessors and many of his musical contemporaries are dead – and few of the survivors are feeling at all well.
