TWO YEARS AGO I attended an out of town Roxy gig. Along for the ride was Kazuhiko and Mika Katoh, husband and wife leaders of Sadistic Mika Band. Kazuhiko was said to be one of Japan's biggest musicians; that they were in London primarily to buy a Rolls Royce (now one of Japan's six) seemed to back up the claim.
