IT STARTED out as a most exciting way to start the 70's for every British Soul lover. But after three weeks on the road it all crumbled. That's the sad epilogue to the ill-fated Soul Together tour that started out at London's Albert Hall with four top Soul artists and 31 musicians and arrived on its last date just three weeks later with three of the original headliners and 15 musicians. Could this be the death knell to touring Soul packages?
