SPOOKY TOOTH HAS suffered from every misfortune that can cross the path of a rock & roll band — among them, changing record labels, arrested musical development (thanks to Pierre Henry’s Ceremony), and excessive personnel changes. But they put out three very satisfying albums, and I, for one, was delighted to hear they were reforming.
