THIS ALBUM worries me.
It worries me because so much of the music here is so blatantly lacklustre compared with the exhiliratingly high standards already set by Steely Dan – the lyrics often perplexing and inconsequential. the musicianship just as often tardily professional in the appreciably arch-sessionman style
