IF THE music on this album had in any way matched up to the exceptionally heavy vibes surrounding its making then we would surely have had a record of unparalleled gravity. As it is, Messrs. Crosby and Nash can rest safe in the knowledge that their absence from Long May You Run will do no harm at all to their fragile careers.
