Supertramp: To Concept Or Not To Concept?

THE DEBATE RAGES on amidst rock scholars – is the latest album by Supertramp a concept album, or is it not? The critics vote "Yes", on the grounds that (a) it deals with a certain theme which is very much oriented toward the lyrics, and (b) it reached the number one spot in the English charts as do all concept albums. However, the group refuses to accept this evidence as proof.
