Murray, y'see, has been listening again to Sgt, Pepper and is here to argue that the much-acclaimed, masterwork of the '60's was not only one of the most overblown successes in the history of rock, but one which might have perverted the course of the whole evolution of the genre. Despite the Murray view, however, there's gonna be no keeping Pepper out of anybody's listings of the Great Albums Of Our Time
