STUDIO B IS down the stark fluorescent-lit hall of the CBS Hollywood arsenal. Past the snack bar with its dozen vending machines, it is beyond a heavy door marked "B". Peering through the small window, both the studio and control room were darkened, but figures could be seen moving about.
