MOST PEOPLE have probably never heard of the late Carl W. Stalling, but they've undoubtedly heard his music. As the chief composer for cartoons at Warner Bros., Stalling created memorable scores for the likes of Bugs Bunny, Road Runner, Pepe Le Pew, Porky Pig and Speedy Gonzalez.
