The Glass House
John Abbey, Blues & Soul, October 1970
ALREADY, Holland-Dozier-Holland have introduced us to Freda Payne and the Chairmen of the Board this year via their Invictus label. It is highly likely that the next Invictus act to be introduced to Britain will be the Glass House, two young men and two young women who have enjoyed American success with 'Crumbs Off The Table', the initial Invictus single in the States, and, more recently, 'I Can't Be You (You Can't Be Me)'. It seems very likely that the latter will gain U.K. release within the next couple of weeks so we found out about the group.
