The Grateful Dead: Rockin' the Rhein with the Grateful Dead (Rhino triple CD)

DO I DETECT the dead hand of Phil Lesh lurking here? Is there some kind of agenda, to portray the Dead as much more than one genius plus the rest? Because if there is it ill serves both the band at its very peak, and this release in particular.
